I found this really good article while browsing Digg.com

RandFish, an IT consultant explains how to increase Blog traffic. I have to warn you, this article has been written more for people managing corporate than personal blogs, but it has some really good points and I think you should read it.

By the way, if you are new to all that, you might want to check wikipedia.com if you are not familiar with Tagging or Folksomony for instance.
